By accessing, browsing, or using the tkbd website located at tkbd.io, or by registering an account on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered members, visitors, and any person who accesses any page or feature of tkbd.io.

tkbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on tkbd at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, tkbd reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all balances and pending transactions.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid and accessible email address, a current mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and your date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. tkbd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. tkbd reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any other conduct that may be harmful to the platform or its users.

tkbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at tkbd's discretion, and their use will be subject to any additional terms communicated at the time of their introduction.

The minimum deposit amount on tkbd is ৳100. The maximum deposit amount per transaction and per day may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your account verification status. These limits are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of deposit. tkbd does not charge processing fees on standard deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which tkbd accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes to 24 hours, subject to identity verification requirements and the payment method selected. tkbd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited. Where such evidence is requested, the withdrawal will be held pending receipt and review of the required documents.

All funds deposited into your tkbd account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, funds deposited from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, tkbd reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

tkbd may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible markets, and time limits, which will be clearly communicated at the point of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible products for each promotion will be set out in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering on restricted markets, arbitrage bets, or bets placed with odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion's terms will not count towards wagering requirements.

tkbd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or where a player is found to be participating in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts. Bonus abuse is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, associated winnings, and account termination.

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

All bets and gaming activity on tkbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, market, or game type. tkbd reserves the right to void any bet or gaming round where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an obvious or palpable mistake in the odds or pricing offered for any market, including but not limited to prices that are clearly inconsistent with fair market value at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, bets will be refunded at the original stake and no winnings will be paid.

For live in-play betting markets, tkbd operates on a "bet confirmation" model. This means that any bet submitted during a live event is subject to a short confirmation delay during which the odds may change. tkbd will notify you if the odds have changed before confirming your bet, giving you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. Bets accepted at the confirmed odds are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmation is received.

tkbd does not allow the use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means of interacting with the platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings will be voided pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tkbd platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; impersonating another individual; or using a stolen or unauthorised payment method.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illicit proceeds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player product.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts, using coordinated staking patterns designed to guarantee profit from bonus terms, or any other form of bonus manipulation.

In no event shall tkbd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these terms exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their tkbd account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
